If you don't have delete access to a node, modr8 will still try to let you delete it.

hmm, patch above applies to 5.x cleanly, but not to 6.x. I can't see why - maybe some whitespace/blank line changes.

Here's one for 6.x (i.e. HEAD since there is no 6.x branch yet)

I committed the patch in #2 to HEAD- will wait for a little more testing on the 5.x one. So checkout the HEAD version from cvs if you want to test it on 6.x, or apply the patch from #1 to 5.x.
