I can think of two really cool features that would throw this over the top.
I really like what you've done here, and despite what another poster said I think this is a head above the rest of the options out there.
Here are my thoughts:
1) Adding the ability to give other users (that have been given the "moderate content" permission) to access and use the moderation page. This might make things a little more complex, but if they don't have the "administer content" permission then they would just be able to publish or unpublish nodes. It would also be dependent on the access that the user has to each content type as well. I guess my use case for this module might be a little different than others, in that I would like to be able to have lower level users manage content that is submitted on the site without having all access to every piece of content.
2) It would also be nice & easy (for the end user) if it were possible to add a filter at the top of the moderation page so the user could filter by content type, and/or by content status (i.e. published, unpublished).
I've got other ideas, but I'll leave it at that for now. :)
Anyone else have thoughts?

sanduhrsHi Andrew,
both are features I thought about, too.
I will use this issue for 1) and opened a second issue for 2): #459506: Add filter functionality to the moderation page
Will try to implement that asap, but would be happy about patches, too ;)
Thanks.

amariotti commentedIf I had the ability to create patches for some of this functionality then I would, trust me. I'm not to the point where I can throw this kind of stuff together yet. Someday! :)
Once you, or anyone else, gets something to test then I'd be more than happy to help with that.

tsi commentedWould love to see the "moderate content" permission so I can give users the permission to moderate (make sticky, unpublish) without giving the god-like "administer nodes" permission.
My plan is to use it as a permission for group (OG) administrators using OG user roles.
