With pressflow and cookie_cache_bypass activated, the redirect does not work because cookie_cache_bypass sets a cookie, preventing mobile_tools to add the "Location" header.

For this case, I added some html code which redirect user.

I did find the real reason : it is not cookie_cache_bypass :
I had a module which was sending output too early (BOM unicode was present in .module file).
