Base table or view not found: 'mobile_tools_device_group'

I received the following error after enabling Mobile Tools Browscap:

Warning: file_exists() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in ctools_get_plugins() (line 253 of /var/www/hosts/kmdsi-a/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/plugins.inc).

Also when attempting to save a device group I receive this error:

Here's another error I receive:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in form_type_checkboxes_value() (line 2267 of /var/www/hosts/kmdsi-a/includes/form.inc).

I should mention that I had Mobile Tools 2 installed and when I attempted to enable Mobile Tools Browscap the screen went blank and wouldn't allow it to be enabled, this was also on D7.
