I installed Mobile Tools, made a mobile theme, and it works for the home page. But when I navigate to any other section of the site it reverts to the desktop theme. If I change the frontpage for mobile visitors to any other working page, it also defaults to the desktop theme. Caching is disabled.

I tried searching older issues, found this thread http://drupal.org/node/931674 and followed the advice to enable Mobile Tools to do the caching (mobile_tools_cache.inc) but that didn't help unfortunately.

Changed to a code issue.

Also tried disabling/enabling cache, made no difference. Can't figure this out, it's taking way too long!

Also found this issue that's very similar to mine: http://drupal.org/node/1298156

Tried using a different mobile theme, same result. Like in the above issue, 403 pages and admin pages load the correct theme. But not other pages. The issue above wasn't resolved.

So the problem turned out to be a processing issue when Custom Breadcrumbs module was enabled. I fixed it by setting the system weight of Mobile Tools to be lower than that of Custom Breadcrumbs:

UPDATE system SET weight = '-1' WHERE name = 'mobile_tools'
