I redirected my base url to an external site, that is, example.com redirects to another.com/page BUT visiting example.com/path doesn't redirect. So it's really just the base url that's redirecting via .htaccess

So now, when I visit m.example.com/path in a dekstop, with automatic redirection enabled, I expect to be redirected to example.com/path. But I get redirected to another.com/page. I think it's because before mobile tools redirects to example.com/path, it redirects to the base url which will then cause the site to redirect to another.com/page

is there a workaround so that visiting m.example.com/path in a desktop will redirect me to example.com/path?

my htaccess rule is just this:

RewriteRule ^$ http://another.com/page [R,L]
