Change order of filter items

This is a great module, thank you so much for creating it!

I have created a simple product finder, based on several separate taxonomy vocabularies, so I got several dropdown menus for narrowing the result. Is there a way to change the order of those select lists? I assumed the vocabulary weight would be supported, but apparently it does not.
