From what I've read, Millennium Integration is intended primarily to create a Drupal-based OPAC. As one library in a 66-member consortium, I'm wondering if the module can also be used to feature new items in my library on my website?

janusman commentedIn fact, yes. I am working on an input filter so you can embed item records from any III WebOPAC but entering strings like this inside your content:
{{millennium|b123456}} Would embed a record from the default OPAC configured in admin/settings/millennium
{{millennium|http://www.helmet.fi/record=b1580181}} Would embed a record found on that URL
See this issue for that functionality's progress: #631028: Create an input filter that takes an ISBN or record URL and shows the bibliographic data/holdings in any node/block

janusman commentedBy the way, I'm heading towards allowing the module to aggregate from different OPACs, so theoretically it would be possible to join all of your separate OPACs searchable in one place. See: #355602: Allow importing from different OPACs for that.

janusman commentedThis is already in the 6.x-2.x-dev version! So, feel free to test it out =)
