Messages for unmapped pathauto and statistics fields

I get the following error or warning message in the UI for all of my nodes
"pathauto" was used as destination field in "" mapping but is not in list of destination fields

pathauto is not in any of the code I have written but it is in migrate_d2d/node.inc at line 139.

I was getting similar errors for totalcount, daycount and timestamp until I added the following line to my code
