Please note, this is against the recommended version and not against rc-1 which has been fixed. My suggestion is to make migrate_d2d-7.x-2.1-rc1 the recommended. The current recommended version of migrate_d2d is migrate_d2d-7.x-2.0. This version is out of sync with migrate-7.x-2.6, in which DynamicMigration has been depreciated in favor of Migration. The release candidate version of 2.1 fixes this problem (migrate_d2d-7.x-2.1-rc1.tar.gz).

Yes, you need to use the RC with Migrate 2.6. Unfortunately, drupal.org does not allow us to make a beta or RC the recommended release, once you've got a stable (x.y) release out only the most recent stable release shows as the recommended release.

The final release of migrate_d2d 2.1 will bring everything into alignment - that should be soon.
