When viewing the details of a migration mapping, then loading a new page, I see this warning:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in element_children() (line 6374 of (drupal-root)/includes/common.inc).

The cause is that one piece of the array that gets passed to theme_table() has one extra layer. Next comment will have a patch that resolves it.

Sorry to reopen this bug report, but the fix should also be applied to user.inc, or the warnings will be raised when looking at a user migration.
I'm attaching a patch that includes this file.
