If I understand the documentation correctly the migrations are executed in the order in which they were registered. I created a migration wizard and put the addMigration commands in the right order, I was expecting that to be the order in which the imports were executed but it does not work that way.

    $this->addMigration('ports','PortsCloneMigration', $arguments);
    $this->addMigration('operations', 'OperationsCloneMigration', $arguments);

Operations is imported before ports but it has to be the other way round, how can i accomplish that using the wizard? I did not define the migration classes in hook_migrate_api because that generates an error. If I do that the migration classes are registered when my module is enabled, but the classes expect an xml file that is not there yet and they generate errors.
