Google is supporting Organization Logo with Schema.org http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.nl/2013/05/using-schemaorg-markup...

How i can setup this with a panel for the frontpage? i try to fill in microdata -> content type -> panel
but i got here only support for the title field.

Microdata module only adds microdata to content that is managed using content types (aka bundles). The logo is separate from this system.

To do this yourself, you can simply add the microdata you need to your template wherever it outputs the logo.
