Problem/Motivation

The current mapping ui doesn't work and is legacy from RDFx.

Proposed resolution

Improve the mapping ui. It should eventually cover creating items from fields and an itemid selector.

User interface changes

The improved mapping UI will be available at admin/config/services/microdata.
