when themers show fields outside the field wrapper, microdata breaks

As John Albin pointed out, sometimes themers move fields outside the node wrapper. This means that the itemscope is no longer valid.

Microdata has an itemref attribute that allows you to use an element outside the itemscope to gather properties. We could provide a checkbox on the field instance setting form that set's the field to itemref. If this field is checked, then meta tags with itemrefs (which are allowed in the body element in HTML5) would be added within the node element. These would point to the additional element by using an attribute on the field wrapper.
