If we edit something inside the Meta tags then when we compare revisions, its not mentioned that which one is title, description and keyword.

That's a good idea, thank you for suggesting it.

That said, let's reuse the existing Metatag plugins to determine what their labels are, rather than hardcoding a few of them.
