Trying to upload metatag module and keep getting the following code. dont have access to FTP account and need a work around desperately. pls help

How are you attempting to download it? Drush? wget? curl?

Am trying to install the new module for my client using Install from a URL feature as i dont have access to their ftp

Any advice will be much appreciated

Have you tried installing any other modules this way too? I personally never use the "Install from a URL" option so I can't say for certain but I suspect it's a general limitation on the server. Are you able to connect to the server via ssh?

nop unfortunately dont have access to ssh either

Ultimately this is unrelated to Metatag, you'll need to contact the client to find another way to upload the files.
