I need to add more menu under secondary menu.
ex.

Company-> Primary Link
-Overview-> Secondary Link
--About Company-> New Link under secondary link dynamic

when i click on Overview it should show.

I do not understand the question. Do you mean it's not showing third level menu items? That was a bug in the 1.0 version of the module, now fixed in 1.1. If that's the case, mark this issue as fixed. If not, I'll need a better idea of what it is you're trying to do.

I am using drupal 5.2 version.

i have add primary links.
under primary link -> add secondary links.

When i add new links under secondary links it do not show in front end.

It sounds like you're talking about 3rd level links not showing, which was indeed a bug in the 1.0 version of menutree. It was fixed in the 1.1 version. See this issue: http://drupal.org/node/149922

Please upgrade to version 1.1.

Don't use the patch.
Remove the module (from the modules admin page), delete the folder and load again the menutree 1.1. Go again to modules and activate it.
This should work.
