Problem/Motivation

After updating the website to Drupal 11, with no configuration changes, this module now does not show breadcrumbs, or it appears to show one level less than before.

If previously the URL had level1 -> level2 on D10, on D11, it is only level1.

If previously the URL was level1 on D10, on D11, there is no breadcrumb.

Steps to reproduce

I am not sure if there are any specifics to my setup, but this started happening immediately after updating the website.

One specific I can think of is that the website has a menu and submenu, so two different menus are shown on the same page.
