Settings UI and package description contain text issues

Problem/Motivation

The “Home title” radio options include unclear grammar: `Uses the site name from the configuration settings...` and `Use title menu parent`. The empty URL description also says `whose Link fields resolves`, where the subject and verb do not agree. The Composer package description ends with a duplicate period: `taxonomy membership..`.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. On Drupal 11.x, install Menu Breadcrumb.
2. Go to `/admin/config/user-interface/menu-breadcrumb`.
3. Review the “Home title” options and “Exclude menu items with empty URLs”
description.
4. Review the module package description in `composer.json`.

Expected

User-facing text is grammatically correct and clear.

Actual

The settings form and package metadata contain unclear grammar and a duplicate punctuation mark.

Proposed resolution

Change the option labels/descriptions to clear text such as:
In menu_breadcrumb/src/Form/SettingsForm.php
`Uses the site name from the configuration settings:` to `Use the site name from configuration settings` and
`Use title menu parent` to `Use title from menu parent`, and
`Link fields resolves` to `Link field resolves` and remove the duplicate period in `composer.json`.
