Hello ,

Some of primary links menu item already added manually by me.Now i adding primary links menu item dynamically(programmatically) by using menu_link_save($item).

Also i m creating node and taxonomy dynamically(programmatically). But whatever primary links menu item i have added dynamically its not showing up in the menu.why is it so?

suppose i have menu name:- General Dermatology and menu item in that abc,xyz allready added manually showing perfect in menu.
Now i created menu item i.e. PQR programmatically.its not showing up in the menu

I have already clear the cache.

Can anyone help out about this issue ?

I'm sorry but what you are describing has nothing to do with the menu_access module. I recommend you take a stroll through the Menu API documentation http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--menu.inc/group/menu/6
