I've got to D4D Contribution day on its afternoon and helped a local first time contributor to understand the issue queue and how she could step up, was a great talk that we had!
I know @benjifisher did a lot to it, he definitely deserve credit for it, others might also step up!

I helped organize the contribution event, but others did more of the actual mentoring.

Both @wwalsh and @jacob.morin (new contributors) commented on #3064084: Create accessible markup for a drag & drop file upload widget (and ensure there is an accessible alternative interaction), with help from @Kay_V, @phenaproxima, and me.
