Very low hit ratio

Hi

I've installed and enabled memcached on my server. It's up and running. However, I'm running into this strange problem.

The miss ratio is very high. https://i.imgur.com/HgQWa49.png
Currently at: 2,065.03/s; 3,310,244 gets (99.78%); 7,900 hits (0.24%) 3,302,344 misses (99.76%)

The memory is barely being used. https://i.imgur.com/rvyAfTf.png

And the statistics on the pages show otherwise. https://i.imgur.com/kkyC73i.png

I have cloudflare and purge modules enabled.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
