Please HELP!!! Locked out with this error >> Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'dbxxx.xxxfield_data_membership_entity_term_ref' doesn't exist

OMGOSH... HELLLPPPPPPPP!!

I am completely locked out of my website due to this error. Normally I can click the back button and it'll let me undo what I just did. But not this one. I had to logout of my site so that I can test as an anonymous buyer. All I did was click on one of my "add to cart" buttons and this things pops up =\

I'm going to post in other modules related to hopefully get an answer fast to help me resolve this problem. I just need to be able to get back in. PLEASE HELPP!!
