Incompatible with bootstrap [#2928197]

Due to copies of different _bootstrap functions in
mbase/includes/helper.inc

Its simply not possible to install the bootstrap theme in paralell.
When deleting all _bootstrap functions in above file, everything works.

Suggestion,
make the mbase theme dependent on bootstrap, that way there is no issue.
