Support materialize NavBar & SideNav

Is there a reason why the NavBar (http://materializecss.com/navbar.html) and SideNav (http://materializecss.com/side-nav.html) aren't supported in this module?

In my case I used the material admin theme as backend and as frontend theme. In the frontend I have build a custom menu. I had to preprocess the menu links and add the NavBar css myself...
