Fresh Drupal install cannot find material_admin-8.x-1.0-alpha6.en.po

Hello,

When I do a fresh install of Drupal 8.6.4 with translation packs (my terminology might be off here) I can get this error Translation file not found: https://ftp.drupal.org/files/translations/8.x/material_admin/material_admin-8.x-1.0-alpha6.en.po.. I'd assume this is related to this module not having the translation file uploaded or the file name it's looking for being wrong?
