Menu Integration

First of all: great module. I was looking fpr somethibg like this several times.

Please give the option to NOT have a parent menu selected. In my case "Admin" is per default selected since it is the first menu item.
And please rename "Parent item" to "Parent menu item" or something similar to clarify this dropdown.
