Prevent password managers from attaching to masquerade block

Problem/Motivation

The 1password was appearing in the masquerade autocomplete, blocking the results.

Steps to reproduce

View the block with a password manager extension enabled.

Proposed resolution

Add attributes to signal the input is not for password managers.
