Please test 7.x-1.x so we can get a nice 7.x-1.1 release soon

We now have a 7.x-1.0 release that works reasonably ok. Now it's time to prepare a really good 7.x-1.1 release.

I have started by committing some bigger changes to 7.x-1.x:

* Replaced old imce integration with BUEditors own.
* Removed old IE browser support.
* Added standard classes to field elements, e.g. form-text.
* Removed help and cancel buttons in dialogs.
* Made DefinitionList dialog in to a table like the others.
* Removed most of the old CSS, not needed any more. Added a few rules for usability.
* Added "inline" support for image tags.
* Don't add bue.popup.css anymore.

If you are using Markdown editor please test the new stuff in 7.x-1.x and help add anything you are missing.
