Somehow I can't get IE 9 to recognize the CSS3 state anymore. Chrome 12 and Firefox 5 respond as expected. I changed my settings in Home » Administration » Appearance » Settings CSS3 effects to off and then switched it back on and IE 9 has never been the same.

Where is IE9 getting its CSS3 configuration from Marinelli?

I am sorry, but please disregard this. I thought that the two computers that I was using for development BOTH used IE 9. Not so, one had IE 8 which does not handle CSS3. Sorry.
