This is a really useful module! I'm about to set up a small opac for our home library and so far, this module is just what I needed!

The MARC file import worked well in general. However, I have not been able to import the subject (6XX) fields.

I have tried linking "Subjects" to both the default field for taxonomies as well as to a new CCK field. The subjects simply don't show up, and I get no report of errors. All other fields (so far) import splendidly.

What am I doing wrong? I use the 6.x-2.0-beta1 version.

Can you attach some of the records that you are trying to import? That might be the easiest place to start.

Another question, you don't have file_Marc installed, do you?

I attach the sample records I'm importing! I run the legacy MARC library, not the PEAR one.

What about field settings in CCK? I've set up all fields as "text" with "unlimited" number of values.

(Great with such a quick answer, btw!)

Sorry, I am stuck at a conference with only an iPad and cannot look at the code but my suspicion is that the "subjects" are broken with the legacy Marc library. I should get a chance to fix this Monday when I get back to an actual computer.

No hurry. I will do some work at the other end instead (e.g. configuring the ILS to export nice MARC).
