config for contact form using sendgrid

I am using mailsystem and sendgrid_integration for several d8 sites. The system emails are fine but the contact form submissions are not behaving as I expect - as relates to FROM

System emails such as password resets, etc the FROM is the site's email - as it should be.

The contact form submissions also have the site's email - but should be the email of form submission.

Is there a config that I should be using that would ifferentiate the 2 types of emails?
