Email post is giving the receiver's name but not the sender's name

Dear Dane,

Thanks a lot for this great module! It works very well for me previously.

However, I recently upgraded drupal core from 7.22 to 7.23, and mail comment form 7.x-2.3 to 7.x-2.4. Now the comment sent by email is no longer authored by the sender's name, but authored by the receiver's name! Do you know if there is anything changed in the core or in the new mail comment module, which caused this problem?

Or how can I make it work as previously, that the posts are authored by the sender's name?

Of note, the module "Mailhandler Sendto Auth" is disabled. I guess this should not be the problem?
