I'm looking to do the following and any help would be welcome:

Create a rule that:

Event: Save a new user account
Condition: Checks if the user has subscribed at the same time via a tick box on signup
Action: Award X number of points to user

The basics are that I want to award user points to users who create an account AND subscribe to a Mailchimp newsletter at the same time. The issue is that I can't seem to work out a way of creating the condition. I've tried negating the data value is empty option for account:NEWSLETTERFIELD, but it just seems to ignore the condition whenever run so I'm guessing that is either the wrong selector or it doesn't read correctly. There doesn't seem to be any Mailchimp related conditions to simplify the issue.

Any help welcome.
