Hi. Thanks for the work on this great module.

I am trying to find a way of pre-populating the email field of the sign up form, using another form on the site. This is so users can enter their email address and click on 'subscribe' on every page, and then be sent to the signup form with the email address already filled in.

Using the normal mailchimp forms, this can be done with a query string matching the name of the field, but this doesn't appear to work on the forms created via this module.

I'm not sure if this is a new feature request, or if there is already a way of doing this I'm unaware of? I've read the online documentation, but I couldn't see anything.
