csheriff commentedI found the original text confusing. The proposed alternative text is easier to understand.
I was able to reproduce the bug by adding some new content to an article and scrolling down to the "URL Path Settings".
'Content' > 'Add content' > 'Article' > scroll down and select the 'URL path settings' vertical tab
