Port Link Weights to D7

I don't mean to speak for the maintainers, but changes in D7's node rendering system probably make this module obsolete as written (i.e., there is no such thing as hook_link(), hook_link_alter(), or even the same concept of node links in D7).

Assuming he's correct, this module is obsolete in 7. After I verify, I'll mark it as so.

Hm. After looking into it a little more myself, I don't think #1 is quite right - there's no hook_link() anymore, but there is $node->content['links'] and API functions for manipulating groups of links (see drupal_pre_render_links at api.drupal.org). There's probably call for a D7 version after all.

Just started working with D7 more and I've been struggling to re-order links. Surprised there isn't more demand for a D7 module
