CKEditor 5 uses UMD builds instead of DLL builds

Problem/Motivation

Starting from Drupal 12.0.0, CKEditor 5's JavaScript loading is no longer using the deprecated DLL build system, but the UMD browser build instead.

Drupal 11 is intended to stay on the LTS v47 version of CKEditor5, which still supports using the DLL system.
However to support Drupal 12 and the v48+ version of CKEditor, this module should update its webpack configuration.
