lightning_features.make now fails on the dev branch due to a 404 on json path from this line:
https://github.com/acquia/lightning-features/blob/7.x-1.x/lightning_feat...

It seems that google moved the file. This appears to be a suitable fork for now:
https://storage.googleapis.com/google-code-archive-downloads/v2/code.goo...
