The media_lightgallery_thumbnail field formatter currently only supports basic image styles for rendering video thumbnails via the thumbnail_image_style setting. This limitation prevents using more advanced image formatters like:

- Responsive Image formatter (core)
- Easy Responsive Images formatter (contrib)
- Any other custom image field formatters

This patch replaces the hardcoded image style approach with a flexible formatter-based system that allows any image field formatter to be used for rendering video thumbnails, unlocking features like:
- Responsive images with srcset/sizes
- Art direction with picture elements
- Aspect ratio control

Proposed Resolution

Replace the thumbnail_image_style and thumbnail_loading settings with a formatter selection system:
