On the module page, there is a link to https://gitlab.com/upstreamable/drulma/blob/master/drulma.libraries.yml, but it's broken.

It would be useful to see an example file for configuring skins.

I just fixed the link to the example file in the drulma project.
It is likely that the mechanism for loading skins won't work of other kind of libraries or frameworks but I think I made it a bit generic so it can fit many use cases.

I would like to improve the documentation around this project so I want to ask you, Do you want more YML examples on how to configure a library so it has skins as option? or you just want to load a skin for Bulma?

If you can provide a use case scenario that can be very helpful.
