Add leaflet mapbox to leaflet more maps

1) It would be nice to be able to specify more than a single map, I have a few layers I would like to add

2) It would be nice if the maps we add are shown under leaflet_moremaps so that when I create a custom map I can choose a combination of the layers from the examples and from the custom maps
