I finished all the described steps. I am using Leaflet in a Node and would like to output a Leaflet mapbox there. It doesnt work, there is only a gray and empty leaflet. In the select box of "display fields" there is a new entry, but no value. I attached a screenshot.

I have the same issue.. Were you ever able to figure this out?

I disabled and re-enabled and then ran cron/cleared cache and it showed up.
