Problem/Motivation

When using the new LeafletMarker Row with tooltips using "rendered entity" for description contents, the following exception is thrown:

LogicException: Render context is empty, because render() was called outside of a renderRoot() or renderPlain() call. Use renderPlain()/renderRoot() or #lazy_builder/#pre_render instead.

Proposed resolution

Changing $this->renderer->render($build); to $this->renderer->renderRoot($build); might already solve the problem.
