Changes to the leaflet modules to clean up the integration with ICOR. Essential to making leaflet_widget usable in general since it resolves some conflicts w/ the latest version of leaflet.

patch accounts for EVAs / views w/ multiple entities being rendered on the same one that include the data to be visualized which is stored slightly differently (in $result->_field_data instead of $result->entity which is relative to a single item). It also fixes an issue w/ the location of the default image path to point to the map pointer correctly.
