On LdapSsoBootSubscriber the module is not loading config for options to exclude path and/or host in checkExcludePath().
Here is a patch.

Since Ldap beta1 and config array changed, this patch is obsolete and replaced by a more complete: #2874278: Fix SSO config after ldap beta1 update
