I would very much like to be able to have our users' Active Directory credentials authenticate them through Drupal's portal to allow them to make use of our website, but I have two questions regarding it's installation. Here I have to mention that I know nothing about LDAP and the only PHP I'm familiar with is html wrappers for web development. In other words, I'm in over my head. However, I'm reading like mad to be able to pull this off, as I'm convinced our users would be willing to do more if it were not confusing to them.
My first question/ request is for some documentation, or links to documentation that will help me use this in an AD 2003 environment. I'm not sure what exactly needs to be customized to make this module work at it's most basic, beyond simple installation instructions, which are quite adequate already.
And second, can the LDAP/ Drupal authentication be extended to the basic installation of Outlook Web Access? One thing that will make my higher-ups quite content is to have the Drupal login also cover the email login, which is currently a separate mechanism. If not, can it be done, and if so, do you have any references to where I could find steps to add this kind of function?
Thanks for your time,
Axman

pablobm commentedAs the module maintainer, I'm sorry to say that I don't have access to an AD system, so I can't really tell you what to do in a straightforward manner. The code for AD was contributed by others.
And about Outlook Web Access... never heard of it :( .
I'm sorry, I hope there's somebody else out there who can help you.
