LDAP bind failure that only occurs when running Drush on Drupal 11 [#3620870]

Problem/Motivation

I get this error when running drush updb

[notice] LDAP bind failure due to missing credentials for user userdn=%userdn

Debug Report

The failure only happens on Drupal 11 (tested on 11.4). It doesn't happen on Drupal 10.6.

It happens on both 4.12 and 4.13

If I run a custom Drush command that uses the LDAP functionality (syncing a user with LDAP info), it binds successfully and works. Essentially, I see no negative effects yet, but I'm reporting the issue out of principle and to be helpful.

I use the Key module to provide the LDAP bind password, and it is working. The error only occurs when running non-related Drush commands, such as drush cex.
