LDAP Users: Exclude users who have the field ldap_user_ldap_exclude not working

I have found a exclude user checking issue of field ldap_user_ldap_exclude.

Function "excludeUser" in Class "LdapUserConf"

   // Exclude users who have the field ldap_user_ldap_exclude set to 1.
    if (is_object($account) && $account->get('ldap_user_ldap_exclude')->getValue() == 1) {
      //@TODO: Verify that the above statement is correct.
      return TRUE;
    }

$account->get('ldap_user_ldap_exclude')->getValue() will be return all field values with array, so it will never be equal to 1.
